Professor Richard Loh is currently Professor of Medicine and Head, Department of Medicine in Penang Medical College, Malaysia, and Adjunct Professor, Postgraduate Studies and Research, International Medical University, Malaysia. Richard Loh was the founding Editor of International e-Journal of Science, Medicine and Education of International Medical University, and is an editorial board member of several scientific journals including Respirology.
