This paper shows the overall status of underdevelopment which surrounds the states of Darfur in western Sudan, in terms of the quality and availability of health services. The paper focused on the model of health services, which give clear signals to the reality of the situation, anyway, health services is one of the biggest challenges facing human development in Darfur, so that, health services in any society is one of the main entrances to make a paradigm shift, which leads to a big change in society.
