Biography
Dr. Mark Speck is a data scientist for the School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, and he performs postdoctoral work in Dr. Helen Turner’s research laboratory. He teaches BI104 (first-year Digital Science course) and the 400 level Systems Biology course. He has been working on multiple ‘big data’ and visualization projects at Chaminade University of Honolulu (CUH). His 17 publications in many journals are very informative and got good citations.
