Successful gene therapy depends on the ability of the vectors to transfer the exogenous gene ( transgene ) from the administration site to the target cell genome . These new vectors rescue transgene endosome acidity because of the fusogenic property and direct it to the nucleus due to the karyophilic property. Our vectors are used to generate the gene therapy approaches in animal models of Parkinson's Disease.
