  Neoplasms of the sebaceous glands may masquerade as benign lesions resulting in delay in diagnosis. Their presentation may vary from sebaceous cell adenoma to sebaceous cell carcinoma. Worldwide, sebaceous cell carcinoma is the second most common eyelid malignancy after basal cell carcinoma. It commonly occurs in seventh decade of life.
