Biography
Prof. Mohamed Th. S. Heikal has done PhD (1987) from the University of Tanta in Egypt. Currently he is Full Professor of Mineralogy & Petrology at Tanta University of Egypt, coordinator of Professional Master of Surveying and Mining Sciences (PMSMS, 2017-till now), Coordinator of Petroleum and Mining Geology Program (PMGP, 2016-2017) at Tanta University. In addition, he is the president of Arab Meteors and Space Sciences Association (AMSSA).His area of interest are Igneous Petrology, Geological Mapping, Sediments, Tectonics, Mineralogy, Mineralization, Geochemistry, Geology, Isotope Geochemistry, Geological Processes.
