Biography

Dr. Filippova, Ph.D., holds an Instructor position at the Department of Neurology, UAB, USA. Dr. Filippova received training in neurobiology and electrophysiology in the INSERM U29, Paris, France and Bakulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, Moscow, Russia. Dr. Filippova has a master’s degree in Physics/Biophysics from Moscow State University, Russia and Ph.D. in Biological Science from the Institute of Developmental Biology, Moscow, Russia. Dr. Filippova acquired expertise in neurophysiology and neuro-oncology from work at the Institute Pasteur, Paris, France and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA.
