Orazbayeva Kulman Nakhanovna – Ph.D. in Engineering Science, professor. Field of research: Marketing, management, mathematical simulation, organization and management of production, including facilities and processes in petrochemical industry. Professor at Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, Astana. He was awarded letters of recognition from oblast and city akimate and the management team of Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute and the medal “For services to Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute”.
