Biography

Dr. Orlando Gomes is Professor of Economics at the Lisbon Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration (ISCAL) of the Lisbon Polytechnic Institute. He teaches macroeconomics, public finance and international economics in undergraduate and graduate courses. He is currently the president of the Technical and Scientific Board of ISCAL. He has obtained his PhD degree in 2002 in the Lisbon University Institute, with a thesis in the field of economic growth
