Biography
Current research interests include; 1. Developing an empirical framework for defining Corporate Financial Intelligence (CFI) and measuring Corporate Financial Intelligence Quotient (CFIQ) as a tool for improving corporate performance and shareholder value. 2. Developing an empirical framework for incorporating ethics in financial decisions (ARARD-V Framework). 3. Investigating the relationship between executive compensation and corporate performance. 4. Investigating and establishing drivers of SME finance/funding adsorptive and utilization capacity as an alternative to default risk criteria for funding SMEs. 5. Business rescue, insolvency, and multi-creditor workout models.
