Biography
Pal Perjesi currently works at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, University of Pécs. He does research in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Phytochemistry. Their current projects are 'Synthesis, cytotoxic, thiol reactivity, intestinal absorption and metabolism evaluation of bis-Mannich salts", "Nonenzymatic biotransformations of xenobiotics" and "Structure-reactivity-biological activity relationships of chalcones and cyclic chalcone analogs". Pal is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Research, and editor of the book "Glutathione: Biosynthesis, Functions and Biological Implications" published by Nova Science Publishers.
