Biography

Ping-Yen Lai is an associate professor in the Department of Translation and Interpretation at National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan. He received his MA degree in economics and MS degree in Applied Statistics from Michigan State University, Ph.D. degree in economics from State University of New York at Buffalo and JD degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
