Biography

Rachel Schwind is currently pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor focusing on Combustion. She graduated with my BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in May 2015. Through UC's cooperative education program, she gained industry experience by spending multiple terms working at the Lubrizol Corporation in support of various mechanical engineering projects. Areas of interest include energy conversion, combustion and thermal fluids.
