  In this issue of Clinical Case Reports, Nadig [1] describe a case of myasthenia gravis (MG) unmasked after treatment with beta-blockers for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. MG presents at an age when comorbid conditions are common and require treatment with multiple medications. In addition, heart disease may be a manifestation of MG.
