Biography
Reza Hakkak, Ph.D., received his PhD in Nutrition- University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1986. Dr. Hakkak joint University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1987. Dr. Hakkak is a nutritionist and currently he is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition in the College of Health Professions, Professor of Pediatrics in the College of Medicine, and Professor of Department of Health Policy and Management in the College of Public Health at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
