Robin Y. Bliss

Biography

He is currently manager, Biostatistics at Veristat. His research focused on outcomes of osteoarthritis, in particular total knee and total hip replacements. His responsibilities included the design of research studies, the design and application of novel applications of methods to osteoarthritis data, and the writing of research papers and grants. At Boston University he taught graduate courses including Introduction to Statistical Computing and Quantitative Methods in Disease Surveillance. He was responsible for designing the course syllabus, course lectures, homeworks, projects, and quizzes, for weekly lectures, holding regular office hours, and the grading of assignments.
