Biography
Roberto graduated in April 2016 in Management Engineering at Polytechnic University of Milan and achieved, in 2021, his Ph.D. in Technology, Innovation and Management (TIM) at the University of Bergamo. His research deals with the development of a framework, and related instruments, to support data-driven decision-making at the operational level for maintenance delivery. Expertise: process mapping and analysis, service engineering, decision-making and PSS.
