Worked as Resident Surgeon in the Department of Medicine at Kidwai Institute of Oncology, Bangalore: 1990 (for six months). Joined as Research officer (Medical) in the Department of Experimental Medicine of The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai: 1994-2005 Assistant Professor in the Department of Experimental Medicine of The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai: 2006-2008
