Dr. Spencer Eth serves as the Chief of Mental Health at the Miami VA Healthcare System and as Professor and is the Director of the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Program at the University of Miami. From 1996 to 2010 Dr. Eth was Senior Vice President for Behavioral Health at St. Vincent's Hospital in Manhattan, and Professor and Vice Chairman of Psychiatry at New York Medical College. Earlier in his career Dr. Eth was affiliated with the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center and UCLA and with the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center.
