  We report a case of rescue thrombolysis followed by salvage percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for the treatment of inferior ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) combined with cardiogenic shock in a patient with an anomalous right coronary artery (RCA) origin.
