Biography

Dr. Tarik Rashid is a Director and Assistant Professor, at The Information and Communication Technology Center, Salahaddin University, Hawler, Kurdistan. Received the B.Sc. Engineering degree from Mosul University in 1989-1990 and his Ph.D. Computing degree from Griffith College Dublin (GCD) in 1999-2001. He received his Ph.D. Computer Science and Informatics degree from, College of Engineering, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, University College Dublin (UCD) in 2001-2006.
