Biography

Dr. Mimura has received his PhD in Tokyo University during the period of 2001-2005. Currently, he is working as associate professor in Tokyo Women's Medical University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as reviewer, editor and research scholar etc. His research has included investigations of corneal transplantation. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received 23 awards and honors, such as: Rohto Award. He is serving as an editorial member of 19 reputed journals like “Journal of Ocular Biology”. He has authored several books including “Regenerative Medicine and Tissue Engineering; From Cells to Organs”.
