Biography

Abd El-Moneim was born in Egypt on Feb. 1986. He held his B.Sc. (2007) and M.Sc. (2013) from Fac. of Agric., Zagazig Univ., and his Ph.D. (2017) in poultry physiology from Fac. of Agric., Ain Shams Univ., Egypt. His intensive work in the applied fields improved his experience in broiler breeding, slaughtering, and processing. He worked as a supervisor and farm manager in one of the top three poultry companies in Egypt (Dakahlia Poultry Co.).
