Tefera Mulugeta is working in the Department of Nursing and Midwifery, College of Health Sciences, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He had also published an article with entitle "Prevalence and Factors Contributing to Late Diagnosis of Breast Cancer among Women Attending Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital, Oncology Unit, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 2017".
