In this research paper, use of biological agents for the treatment of effluent is more environmental friendly and can lead to the production of more value added products like biogas and compost etc. Pulp and paper mill is the major industrial hub in our country. The heavy demand for the paper helps in steady expansion of paper industries. Pulp and paper industry is one of the largest and most notorious sources of industrial pollution.
