Biography
Khumukcham Tomba Singh is a Professor, Department of Commerce, Manipur University (A Central). He completed Ph.D.in Commerce from Manipur University, Canchipur (Manipur) on the topic entitled “Industrial Sickness in Manipur-A case study of small scale industries” in 2002, and M.Com. in Finance from University of Kerala, Trivandrum,1995.
