Head of the National Team for E-Gov transformation index measurement 2007- 2015. Develop the PPP (Public Private Partnership) framework and get it approved from Ministry of Finance as part of the procurement process. Participated in the Euromoney Saudi Arabia Conference 2015 as Private Finance for Public Projects expert and PPP consultant.
