Biography
Weihong Zengis an associate professor of Jinhe Center for Economic Research and the School of Public Policy and Administration, deputy director of Center for Aging and Health Research, Xian Jiaotong University, China. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from University of Tsukuba, Japan in 2006 and M.A in Engineering in Xian Jiaotong University in 1997.
