  Angiosarcoma of the posterior mediastinum is a rare neoplasm of soft tissues and its location in the mediastinum is extremely uncommon. According to the papers of other cases reported on angiosarcoma in mediastinum, invasive biological behavior exist, such as ill-defined margin, heterogeneous density and local involvement of lung and ribs or vertebra.
