William Rosa

Biography

Rosa’s big-picture approach helps him maintain a broader perspective on developing leadership skills. He has achieved two national certifications, one in adult critical care and the other in cardiac medicine. For his work, Rosa has been honored as the 2014 New York/New Jersey GEM Awards Rising Star winner.

 Rosa also is running for a position on the board of directors of the International Association for Human Caring and is one of four nurses participating in a yearlong grant program from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses called the Clinical Scene Investigator Academy, which encourages nurses to take active leadership and administrative roles in changing culture around a given clinical concern, all while preparing for his NP national board certification.
