Dr.Yasutaka Kainuma is an professor in the department of management system engineering, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Asahigaoka, Hino, Tokyo, Japan. His study interests major on closed loop supply chain,life cycle assesment. In recent years, he has studied about product development methodology from the view of customer satisfaction. Currently, Dr.Yasutaka Kainuma is the author in several journals. He published 20 articles in many journals and the articles are informative and got good citations.
