Biography

Zaid S is currently working in American University of Antigua College of Medicine, Coolidge, Antigua, Leeward Islands. His current  role primarily involves running the NIHR funded CYCLE-HD: ‘Improving cardiovascular health in dialysis patients using a structured programme of exercise’ trial which is the largest of its kind within the UK. His current research interests involve interventions to reduce cardiovascular risk and improve outcomes in renal patients. Furthermore, he is interested in evidence synthesis, and continue to maintain more than a passing interest in the gut and microbiota from my PhD work.
