The topical diagnosis and determination of the mechanism of pain of vertebrogenic origin remain the actual problems of medicine. This is due to the difficulty in differential diagnosis, the high incidence of occurrence, the severity of clinical manifestations of the spinal column pathology and their consequences, and the anatomical features of the structure of the vertebrae.
