Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) is a rare but potentially life-threatening complication of acute pulmonary embolism,
characterized by persistent pulmonary hypertension due to organized thromboembolic obstruction of the pulmonary arteries. While CTEPH shares
similarities with other forms of pulmonary hypertension, it presents unique challenges in terms of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. This review
provides an overview of the comorbidities associated with CTEPH, current treatment options and factors influencing survival in patients with this
