  Deep fakes have become a major concern due to their potential impact on various fields such as politics, entertainment, and security. With the help of deep learning techniques, even non-experts can now create convincing and realistic fake videos or images that can be used for both benign and malicious purposes. One of the key issues with deep fakes is that they can be used to manipulate people's perceptions of reality by creating fake videos or images of individuals saying or doing things that they never did. This has serious implications for politics and elections, where deep fakes could be used to sway public opinion and affect the outcome of elections.
