  E-Government services have become integral to modern governance, offering citizens convenient access to various public services online. However, the success of these services depends significantly on how users perceive and accept them. This paper explores the elements influencing users' views and acceptance of e-government services. Through an extensive review of literature and case studies, this study identifies key factors such as usability, security, trust, digital literacy, cultural factors, and government responsiveness.
