  The recent advancements in the pursuit of an HIV-1 cure, focusing on key studies and their implications for future research and clinical practice. We explore novel therapeutic approaches, including gene editing, latency reversal and immune-based strategies, which offer promising avenues for achieving sustained viral remission or eradication.
