  Ensuring equitable access to vaccines is paramount in combating infectious diseases and achieving global health goals. However, underserved populations often face barriers that impede their ability to receive vaccinations, leading to disparities in immunization rates. This article examines the challenges faced by underserved communities in accessing vaccines and explores effective strategies for engaging these populations in vaccination efforts. By addressing cultural, logistical and socioeconomic barriers through community-based approaches, targeted outreach and collaboration with trusted stakeholders, we can enhance vaccine accessibility and uptake among underserved groups.
