  Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) is a complex disorder that involves a cluster of metabolic abnormalities, including central obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and hypertension. It is a significant public health problem and a leading cause of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
