  Starch nanoparticles were prepared in this novel IL/O microemulsion with OSA maize starch as the raw material, epichlorohydrin as the crosslinker and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and DLS.
