This review examines the integrated approach to Substance Use Disorder (SUD) recovery through the incorporation of physical activity and
behavioral interventions. Substance use disorders represent a significant public health concern, characterized by compulsive drug-seeking
behavior despite adverse consequences. Traditional treatment approaches often focus on pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, but emerging
evidence suggests that physical activity and behavioral interventions play a crucial role in supporting long-term recovery. By synthesizing current
