  The study of molecular pathogenesis provides critical insights into the mechanisms underlying various diseases, facilitating the development of targeted therapies. This review explores the intricate cellular and molecular pathways implicated in disease progression, emphasizing genetic mutations, epigenetic alterations and dysregulated signaling networks. Recent advances in high-throughput sequencing, proteomics and bioinformatics have uncovered novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Emerging therapeutic approaches, including gene editing, RNA-based therapies and personalized medicine, hold promise for improving disease management and patient outcomes.
