  This retrospective study explores the impact of a Trauma-Informed Care Initiative implemented in prenatal care settings on maternal-child health outcomes. The initiative aimed to create a supportive and understanding environment for pregnant individuals with a history of trauma. Data spanning the pre- and post-implementation periods were analysed to assess changes in various health indicators. Findings reveal significant shifts in maternal and child health outcomes, suggesting that the Trauma-Informed Care Initiative may contribute to positive changes in prenatal care settings.
