  Cardiovascular sicknesses (CVDs) are the main source of death around the world. Early finding and disposal of hazard factors are essential for better overseeing CVDs. Atherosclerosis, whose improvement may be related with glucocorticoids (GCs), is a basic figure the improvement of carotid supply route (CA) stenosis and most other CVDs. To research the relationship of Tth111I, N363S, and ER22/23EK-NR3C1 polymorphisms and the occurrence of CA stenosis.
