    Fish and seafood are important components of a healthy diet, providing a rich source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and various other essential nutrients. However, overfishing and unsustainable fishing practices have led to declining fish populations in many regions of the world, making it increasingly difficult to meet the growing demand for fish and seafood. As a result, there has been a growing interest in plant-based fish substitutes as a sustainable and ethical alternative.
