  Understanding the evolutionary relationships of endemic plants is crucial for conservation and biodiversity management. This study explores the phylogenetic and evolutionary dynamics of plant species that are restricted to specific geographic areas or are considered rare due to their limited distribution. By integrating molecular phylogenetics, comparative genomics, and ecological data, we aim to elucidate the evolutionary history and adaptive strategies of these plants.
