community-dwelling seniors, digitization presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly in relation to daily life activities and social
engagement. This article examines the impact of digitization on these dimensions of seniors' lives, exploring how digital technologies enhance
or hinder their ability to perform daily tasks and maintain social connections. By analyzing the benefits and barriers of digitization, we aim to
provide a comprehensive understanding of its role in shaping the lives of older adults in contemporary society. . Community-based digital literacy
programs and support services are also essential to help seniors develop the skills and confidence needed to engage with digital technologies.
