  This research focuses on optimizing urban mobility for large-scale events through the implementation of a Living Lab strategy. Large-scale events, such as festivals, conferences, and sports gatherings, often pose significant challenges to urban transportation systems. In response to these challenges, the study proposes a living lab approach, leveraging real-world urban environments as experimental spaces to test and refine innovative mobility solutions.
