  Epidemiology and Clinical Characteristics of Influenza in Children

  Influenza is a highly contagious respiratory viral infection that affects people of all ages, but children are at a higher risk of infection and complications. Epidemiological studies have shown that influenza is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide. This paper aims to review the epidemiology and clinical characteristics of influenza in children. It highlights the modes of transmission, risk factors, and clinical presentation of influenza in children. Additionally, the paper discusses the diagnostic methods, treatment, and prevention of influenza in children.
