    Neuropathological Factors Contributing to Clinical Variability in Synucleinopathies

    Synucleinopathies, a group of neurodegenerative disorders characterized by the accumulation of alpha-synuclein aggregates, include Parkinson’s Disease (PD), Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), and Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Despite the shared pathological hallmark of alpha-synuclein deposition, these disorders exhibit significant clinical variability.
